WEBSITE PRIVACY

Your information.
A clear explanation.

What you share, where it goes, and how to ask about it.

Last updated October 6, 2026

This notice explains how the Stick & Stone Home Services website handles information. The business is operated by STICK & STONE HOME SRVS LLC.

What you choose to share

Our forms ask for your name, preferred reply method, and an email address or phone number. Service requests also ask for your project city or area. You can add notes and include a planner brief with the rooms, materials, priorities, timing and location you entered.

Each submission includes a request reference, form type and originating page to help us understand the request and identify retries. Netlify also records technical information, including submission time and IP address, when handling requests.

A city is enough to begin. Please leave payment details, passwords, government identification and other sensitive information out of the forms and planner notes.

How we use your request

We use your information to respond, discuss the project, arrange a visit when appropriate, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the conversation. Sending a request does not book an appointment or create a construction agreement.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in a mailing list or start automated marketing texts. Choosing phone or text tells John how you prefer to discuss this request; the website does not place a call or send a text for you.

Who receives it

Requests are processed and stored by Netlify Forms. Notification emails go to John Tibbs at Stick & Stone and Keith Landals at Full Throttle RevOps, our website support partner. Authorized members of the Netlify project team can access submissions. Full Throttle helps us check delivery and support the website.

Netlify and the email providers process information to store and deliver these requests. Keith’s Full Throttle mailbox is hosted through Google. We may share relevant project details with tradespeople involved in a project when needed to discuss or carry out the agreed work. We may also retain or disclose information when required by law or needed to handle a claim.

Read about Netlify’s form handling and Google’s privacy practices.

Your planner draft stays in your browser

The planner saves project choices, location and notes in this tab’s browser session storage so you can move between the models and your brief. It restores saved drafts for up to two hours after their last save. This is a restoration limit, not a promise that stored data is erased at that time.

Your brief is sent only when you choose the send button in the contact form. Closing the planner does not clear its saved draft; browser settings can clear this site’s stored data. Names and contact details in the contact forms stay in page memory until the form closes, which clears those fields.

Hosting, fonts and browser information

Netlify hosts the website and processes connection information needed to serve and protect it, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. If a sign-in is required, its access service may use cookies or similar storage. See Netlify’s privacy statement for its service practices.

Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces through a connection from your browser to Google’s servers. The website code currently includes no advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Hosting, access and font providers can still receive technical connection information.

How long we keep requests

Our retention policy is to review inactive inquiries for deletion once 12 months have passed without further contact and no project is underway. We handle this review manually across Netlify and the notification mailboxes; deletion is not an automatic 12-month timer.

For projects that go ahead, we retain the records needed to manage the work, accounting, warranty coverage and any unresolved claim or legal obligation. Roofing warranty records may need to remain for the 20-year coverage period and longer while a related claim is unresolved. We limit retained information to what is needed for those purposes. Service providers may retain backups under their own policies.

Closing a form or clearing a browser draft does not remove a request that has already been sent.

Questions or changes to your information?

Contact John Tibbs at john@stickandstonehomeservices.com or 253-330-2686 to ask us to find, correct or delete information. Include your request reference if available and enough information to identify the request. We may need to confirm that it belongs to you.

We will explain if a record needs to be kept for an active project, warranty, claim or legal obligation. You can browse and explore without sending a form. We will update this notice when our website tools or information-handling arrangements change.
